Super serious science experiment
with building the perfect Latini.
2oz chili citrus simple syrup (simmer 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 1 Thai chili (remove seeds), orange peel and lime peel)
2oz tequelia
1oz fresh lime juice
shake with ice
line glass rim with lime juice, and sugar/chili powder mixture
